30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and unwashed).

  • In its original packaging with tags or labels attached.

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at shopjetsu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.


Return Fee

A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling and restocking costs.

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Refunds

After your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
